Our mulch is locally crafted by a leading supplier using only premium trees, ensuring top-notch quality. We never incorporate fillers or trash in the process. Choose from various colors, including chocolate brown, black, red, natural, and IPEMA-certified playsafe options. 

We possess all the essential licenses and insurance coverage required for our projects. For more extensive construction endeavors that demand specialized licenses and certifications, we collaborate with trusted members within the landscaping community who are adept at handling such unique cases. Your project is in capable and qualified hands with our dedicated team.

At Lawnsmith, we currently facilitate payments through cash and check. Please note that we do not accept credit cards at the moment, primarily to avoid additional charges associated with their use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 

Our services extend beyond residential projects, as we also collaborate with commercial management entities. We have successfully completed projects for esteemed clients such as Atlanta Motor Speedway, Fayette County Board of Commissioners, the Town of Brooks, The Helix Group, and various Homeowner Association Management Companies. Our experience in both residential and commercial landscapes reflects our versatility and commitment to delivering top-notch results across diverse settings.

For certain larger projects, we may require deposits ranging from 30-50% upfront. The specific details regarding deposits will be discussed by your dedicated sales professional on a case-by-case basis. We aim to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the process, tailoring our approach to meet the unique requirements of each project.

As a general policy, we discourage clients from supplying their own materials to cut costs. We do not permit this practice. Our established relationships with vendors enable us to source high-quality materials at favorable prices, allowing us to manage the project logistics effectively. Experience has shown that when clients attempt to procure their materials, there is a risk of ordering incorrect quantities, selecting inferior products, or encountering delays in delivery, ultimately leading to project complications and increased costs. However, if you have a specific small item, such as a special plant, that you'd like to incorporate into your project, we are more than happy to accommodate such requests.

In most cases, our work comes with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. However, there are instances where a warranty might not be practical. For example, if you order sod without having irrigation in place, we cannot guarantee the client will adhere to the necessary watering schedule, which is crucial for the success of the project. We prioritize transparency and open communication to set realistic expectations, ensuring the best outcomes for your landscaping endeavors.
